Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet one of: ETS ParaPro 455+; associate degree; 72 quarter/48 semester credits; or Paraeducator Apprenticeship.
• Submit official transcripts or ETS results upon hire.
• Clear background and the ability to work with students with IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of instructional activities for students.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Maintain data on student progress and assist with assessments.
• Follow behavioral management plans and prepare instructional materials.
