• Must be at least eighteen years of age and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Options include passing ETS ParaPro, an Associate Degree, 72 quarter credits, or 48 semester credits, or a Paraeducator Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide special education services and supports to eligible students as directed by the teacher.
• Offer one-to-one and small group instruction to meet IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate data on student progress and assist with testing.
• Assist with behavioral management and prepare instructional materials.
• Support students with bathroom needs and lifting as required.
