Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Experience working on an educational team and with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze, and resolve conflicts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities and learning goals under teacher direction.
• Support individual students, including reading, writing, math, and social/behavioral skills.
• Attend training to broaden expertise in working with students with special needs.
• Collect and share progress data and maintain confidentiality.
• Use technology to collect IEP data and support accommodations.
