The School District of Lee County is seeking an Instructional Support, (ESE) at Green Meadow Elementary School in Fort Myers, FL. You will assist with instructional activities, support student learning, and help with materials and technology under teacher supervision.

Responsibilities include reinforcing learning, preparing aids, handling associated clerical tasks, and ensuring confidentiality of student information while supporting IEP goals. Fluency in Spanish not required but a plus.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent or 60 credit hours/Associate's degree.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA, Sunshine Law and related privacy rules.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in instructional process with students individually or in small groups.
• Prepare and organize instructional aids, materials, and technology.
• Reinforce positive learning and behavior with students.
• Assist with IEP implementation and translate when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform clerical duties as directed.
• Support in computer lab, library/media center or other learning spaces.
