Job summary

Township of Union Public Schools seeks a Data Coach to support the What-I-Need (WIN) intervention program at Jefferson Elementary School. This stipend role assists in planning, implementing, and monitoring WIN periods to boost student achievement.

The Data Coach analyzes ELA and Math benchmarks, groups students by need, and provides staff with intervention resources and rosters. Collaboration with teachers, counselors, coaches, and administrators is essential to meet WIN goals.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification; district instructional coach preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Genesis rostering, LinkIt, and i-Ready reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on student achievement data.
• Experience with MTSS/RTI/WIN interventions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a school-wide WIN schedule with admin and teams.
• Use data to group students for intervention or enrichment.
• Support tracking of student progress during WIN.
• Collect and analyze data (LinkIt, iReady, assessments) to measure WIN impact.
• Serve as liaison between staff and administration on WIN implementation.
• Provide regular updates on WIN outcomes, needs, and successes.
• Ensure intervention rosters are organized.
• Address scheduling conflicts hindering WIN implementation.
