The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking highly motivated and experienced staff to serve as Data Coach for the “What-I-Need” (WIN) Intervention program. This $2000 stipend role is held in addition to a current assignment and is designed to support the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of intervention periods at Jefferson Elementary School in either ELA, Mathematics or Writing. The Data Coach will analyze all ELA and Math benchmarks, group students based on need in the WIN period, create check points, provide staff with intervention resources during the class and roster students. They will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, coaches, and admin to ensure that WIN/Flex time meets the needs of students.
