Job summary

Educational Empowerment Group seeks a Data Analysis and Professional Coaching specialist to elevate teachers’ data interpretation and use. You will guide staff in examining assessments and implementing Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for struggling students.

The role includes producing growth reports and ensuring clear data practices across the building. The position emphasizes collaboration with leadership, MTSS/RTI teams, and DEW monitoring, with an emphasis on timely, accurate data delivery

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to distill complex testing data into accessible reports.
• Proven ability to coach educators and provide professional development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional coaching to teachers to improve data analysis skills in the assigned subject area.
• Guide instructional staff in analyzing assessment data to implement Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for lowest-performing students.
• Produce testing data analysis and growth reports for building leadership and Teacher-Based Teams quarterly.
• Draft one-page overviews of data and assessment responsibilities for staff clarity.
