Qualifications

• Preferred credential: Multiple Subject Credential with ELA1/CLAD or BCLAD.
• Five years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Support teacher growth through classroom observations and feedback.
• Provide coaching and modeling in instruction, assessment, and lesson design across ELA/ELD, social studies, science and math.
• Conduct demonstration lessons and group observations for site staff development.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and assess school change initiatives.
• Monitor Title I resources and communicate progress to parents and staff.
