Responsibilities

• Implement district educational philosophy and goals in practice.
• Assess student progress regularly and communicate with parents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in line with laws and district policy.
• Diagnose learning challenges and seek assistance from district specialists as needed.
• Protect students, equipment, and facilities; follow conduct codes.
• Plan and supervise paraprofessional assignments and provide evaluations.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and participate in evaluations.
• Attend district meetings and activities as required.
• Contribute to budget, facilities, and curriculum discussions.
• Maintain professional competence.
