Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time teacher to share the gospel with public school students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate is a practicing Christian with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of caring for students and modeling faith.

Responsibilities include completing training and the LifeWise certification within 30 days, teaching with fidelity to the LifeWise curriculum, attending select events, and maintaining accurate records while promoting LifeWise's mission.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's beliefs

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map out curriculum customization.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
• Maintain an organized, redemptive classroom environment and follow LifeWise policies.
