Responsibilities include training, delivering LifeWise curriculum, maintaining attendance and records, building relationships with students and volunteers, and representing LifeWise in the community.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training including LifeWise Teacher Certification.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly and maintain an organized, engaging classroom environment.
• Maintain attendance, class rosters, health notes and permissions; prepare substitute materials.
• Communicate with program director, school personnel and volunteers; promote LifeWise's mission.
