Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an RN - Electrophysiology Coordinator at St. Mary's Hospital to lead clinical care in a high-volume EP lab. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, efficiency, and safety.

The role requires cardiovascular tech credentials or health sciences degree, RN/RT or related registrations, and EPIC EHR familiarity. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma, associate degree or greater in Cardiovascular Technology or associate/baccalaureate degree in a health sciences discipline.
• Preferred – baccalaureate degree or greater in a health sciences discipline.
• RN, RT, RCES, RCIS or ARRT – required.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record (preferred).
• Basic Life Support – Required; Advanced Life Support – required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physician and clinical support team to assess care effectiveness and outcomes.
