Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health seeks an experienced EP Clinical Coordinator (RN) to support outpatient electrophysiology services in Richmond. You will interpret device data, coordinate testing and follow-up, and educate patients on medications and procedures, collaborating closely with EP labs and clinic staff.

The role requires a BSN (with preferred MSN), Virginia compact RN licensure or eligibility, BLS, and 3+ years in cardiology, with elective electrophysiology experience favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Compact RN licensure in Virginia or eligible (compact state) and BLS.
• Minimum 3 years experience in cardiology (prefer CICU/telemetry).
• Certification in cardiac nursing or electrophysiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze/interpret remote transmissions from cardiac devices and wearables.
• Coordinate care from testing to implantation and follow-up.
• Provide education on medications and disease process; manage orders in EPIC.
• Assist in clinic with pre/post assessments and documentation of history.
