Job summary
MUSC Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This role provides direct line management and leadership for Structural Heart patient care areas, ensures nursing standards, and interfaces with support and clinical services to optimize care delivery.
The incumbent will contribute to staffing and professional practice development across the unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school.
- Three years related nursing experience; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure by SC Board or compact state.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct line management and leadership for EP Lab/Structural Heart patient care areas.
- Ensure nursing practice standards and interface between support and clinical services.
- Develop and operate staffing and care delivery systems for the unit.
