Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Richmond, VA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Electrophysiology Coordinator at St. Mary’s Hospital to drive clinical effectiveness and patient outcomes in the cath lab.

This full-time role supports a 4 10s schedule (6:30 am–5 pm) with competitive pay, strong benefits, EPIC EHR experience preferred, and leadership opportunities within the cardiovascular service line. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care while guiding process

Qualifications

• Diploma, associate degree or greater in Cardiovascular Technology or health sciences.
• RN, RT, RCES, RCIS or ARRT – required.
• Preferred – bachelor’s degree or greater in health sciences.

Responsibilities

• Identifies the need for change and process improvements related to cost, quality, and service.
• Collaborates with the physician and clinical support team to assess and evaluate the care being delivered and progress toward outcomes.
• Develops plans and work organization to improve practices and budget management.
• Promotes teamwork and organizes a team approach to meet department objectives.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient age groups and care needs.
