Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics testing in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience with common electronic test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, function generators).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic assemblies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) consistently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using test equipment.
• Perform visual inspections for defects and proper assembly according to specs.
• Interpret and follow detailed test procedures, schematics, and blueprints.
• Document test results accurately, including pass/fail status and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot failures to component level using equipment and documentation.
• Identify and report recurring issues to engineering and quality teams.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve test processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
