Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics testing or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience with common electronic test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, function generators).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic assemblies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using various test equipment.
• Perform visual inspections for defects, damage, and proper assembly according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Interpret and follow detailed test procedures, schematics, and blueprints.
• Document test results accurately, including pass/fail status and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures to the component level using test equipment and documentation.
• Identify and report recurring issues to engineering and quality teams for investigation.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve test processes and product quality.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
