Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and interact with internal and external contacts.
• Assist customers in selecting components and offer related items with product support.
• Teach customers how to navigate Mouser website and online chat.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Customer Service, Products, and other departments.
• Attend supplier trainings and company meetings and travel as needed.
• Support Local Customer Service and other teams as required.
• Represent Mouser professionally and participate in training and trade shows when necessary.
• Maintain proper coverage during shifts and ensure regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
