Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, Inc. in Onalaska, WI is seeking a 1st Shift Electronics Processing Technician to test, refurbish, and prepare electronics for reuse or resale.

The role focuses on hands-on assembly, data entry, and quality checks in a warehouse setting. You will stand for most of the shift, lift up to 50 pounds, use basic hand tools, and follow safety guidelines while meeting daily production and accuracy goals.

Qualifications

• Interest in electronics and how they work.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift and work on your feet.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and doing data entry.

Responsibilities

• Test and refurbish electronic devices like tablets, laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Sort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resold.
• Disassemble devices and remove usable components or materials.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and our production system.
• Sanitize hard drives and ensure devices meet quality standards.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
