Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations in Onalaska, WI, is hiring an Electronics Sort Technician for a Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. This role sorts, disassembles, weighs, and documents electronics for reuse or recycling in a fast-paced warehouse.

Starting wage is $18.75–$20.75 per hour, with quarterly profit sharing and potential pay increases. You will use pallet jacks and basic hand tools, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help meet production goals while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sort desktops, laptops, wireless devices, and other peripherals for reuse or recycling.
• Disassemble electronics to harvest valuable components.
• Weigh and track materials and document results in our ERP system.
• Use pallet jacks and basic hand tools in daily operations.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
