Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking a 1st Shift Electronics Processing Technician for our Onalaska, WI facility. You will test and refurbish electronics, sort and track items for reuse or resale, disassemble devices, and enter data into our production system while maintaining quality.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. Starting wage is $18.75–$20.75 per hour, plus quarterly profit sharing and pay increases twice per year.

Qualifications

• Interest in electronics
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Able to stand up to 10 hours per shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable performing basic data entry

Responsibilities

• Test and refurbish electronics, including tablets, laptops, desktops, and servers
• Sort, clean, and track electronics for reuse or resale
• Disassemble devices and remove usable components
• Enter data into spreadsheets and production systems
• Sanitize hard drives and ensure quality standards
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals
• Work with hands using tools and follow safety guidelines
• Decide which items can be fixed, reused, or recycled
