Job summary

Electronic Systems Sioux Falls is seeking a Building 2 Production Associate to assemble, inspect, test, document and package PCBAs and related electronics. You will work on prototype, low-volume and production builds where quality, precision, and attention to detail matter.

You will use hand tools and fixtures, perform in-process and final inspections, and accurately document production data. Overtime on Saturdays may be required to meet customer demand and production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of assembly experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine problems and escalate when needed.
• Strong teamwork and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test PCBAs and electronic products using work orders, drawings, and instructions.
• Insert and verify components with accuracy.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly work.
• Support prototype, low-volume, and production builds with quality and productivity.
• Perform in-process and final inspections per quality standards.
• Test circuit boards and assemblies with designated equipment.
• Identify defects and escalate as needed.
• Document production and quality information in designated systems.
• Package and label finished products per requirements.
• Proactively seek safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Share knowledge and assist training as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area with PPE and ESD compliance.
