Job summary

Electronic Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Building 2 Production Associate to assemble, inspect, test, document, and package PCBAs and related electronics. Join a team focused on precision and quality for prototype, low-volume, and production builds.

You will work Monday–Friday with potential overtime, and you will be expected to maintain a clean, safe workspace while following ESD and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on assembly experience and ability to work with small components.
• Strong manual dexterity with attention to detail in electronics assembly.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings, and visual aids and to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test PCBAs and electronic products using work orders and drawings.
• Insert and verify components with accuracy and care.
• Safely use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly.
• Support prototype, low-volume, and production builds with quality and productivity in mind.
• Perform inspections and document production status and quality data.
