Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in related field preferred.
• Skilled in PCB soldering (SMT and thru-hole).
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and production orders.
• IPC A-610 inspection criteria knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Thru-hole and SMT hand-soldering of components into electronic assemblies.
• Rework of thru-hole and SMT assemblies.
• Operate electronics manufacturing equipment.
• Connect and solder electrical components, cables, and wires as required.
• Follow quality systems and ensure compliance with standards.
