Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Production Supervisor in Orlando, FL to lead mechanical and electrical assemblers and technicians in a high-volume environment. You will drive production schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, and push Lean initiatives to improve cost and quality while maintaining a safe, engaging work culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production scheduling, tracking, cost control, and quality management.
• Prior experience supervising employees in a complex manufacturing operation preferred.
• Defense or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working with MRP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to mechanical/electrical assemblers and technicians.
• Manage staffing levels to support production schedules.
• Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Create a positive work environment promoting engagement and development.
• Ensure training programs are implemented and maintained.
• Oversee production schedules and workflows to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple work cells and departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor production metrics and address performance issues.
• Maintain KPI boards and dashboards to drive results.
