Qualifications

• Ability to lead continuous improvement projects

Responsibilities

• Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of assemblies and subassemblies
• Analyzes production schedule and assigns jobs to line workers to meet delivery dates
• Plans work assignments based on priority and worker skills
• Leads or participates in continuous improvement activities with documentation
• Operates and supervises use of automated/manual machines and hand tools
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and company policies
• Entrants time tracking and labor cost reporting
