What Will Help You Succeed

This role goes beyond simply following a testing checklist. The team needs someone who is naturally curious and can work through problems logically: identifying what isn’t working, considering possible causes and determining what to check next. Strong troubleshooting ability is one of the most important qualities for this position.

You’ll be testing completed equipment before it reaches final Quality review and leaves the facility. Depending on your strengths and production needs, you may primarily support one product line while having the opportunity to learn others over time. pasted

Teamwork is equally important. This environment requires someone who communicates well, works cooperatively with others and is comfortable partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.

  • Full-time, onsite position
  • Hourly, non-exempt
  • Contract-to-hire with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment
  • Production-floor environment
  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • No regular travel

This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where precision, quality and attention to detail are critical. The role involves hands-on work with electronic components and equipment, following ESD and safety requirements and collaborating with other departments to solve problems and keep production moving. The work may require extended periods of standing and frequent use of the hands and fingers for detailed technical work.
