Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education with preferred college background.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams and training staff.
• Knowledge of ISO/QS and IPC/NADCAP standards is required.
• Ability to read customer drawings and identify electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Supervise production activities including training, scheduling and work assignments.
• Ensure ISO/QS and standardized work environment policies are followed.
• Read and interpret customer drawings for masking, staking, potting and conformal coatings.
• Monitor productivity, quality and process standards across work areas.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resolve schedule issues.
• Track and report on production, shipping, WIP, labor and movable assets.
• Engage in performance management for 40+ direct reports.
• Communicate with operations manager, quality supervisor and customer service for timely shipping.
