Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing leadership with multi-level management.
• Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Proven budget planning, workforce planning, and org development.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all production operations.
• Develop and coach Production Managers and teams.
• Set manufacturing strategies aligned with goals and customer needs.
• Drive daily performance on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost.
• Monitor metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance and HR.
• Develop production schedules, staffing plans, and resource strategies.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvements.
• Lead workforce planning and development.
• Oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Test Eng, and support functions.
• Manage budgets, capex, and labor planning.
• Approve training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality systems.
• Serve as senior escalation point for production challenges.
• Foster collaboration and accountability.
• Build a high-performing leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
