Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Oversight professional in Saint Petersburg, FL, to supervise production processes and assist in establishing priorities to meet cost and efficiency goals.

The role collaborates with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams and drives continuous improvement while ensuring safe, well-stocked workstations on the plant floor. Minimum 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Combination of education, experience and/or training allowed.

Responsibilities

• Confers with management to establish production and quality standards.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
• Reviews reports to determine causes of nonconformity and operational problems.
• Monitors scrap and MRO usage; ensures clean workstations.
• Tracks production metrics and completes monthly report cards; drives improvement.
• Ensures adherence to policies and availability of operation supplies and equipment.
• Monitors SPC system to identify and fix issues; stores and retrieves data.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
