Job summary

Jabil in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise growth programs, including site builds, expansions, and readiness for product launches. You will own the program from requirements through launch and handoff, applying PMI standards to ensure disciplined delivery.

You will coordinate across Facilities, Engineering, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, guiding teams to meet aggressive timelines while controlling cost and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.
• Experience delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives (site builds, expansions, infrastructure).
• Ability to translate requirements into executable plans and drive delivery across matrixed teams.
• PMP certification – preferred; PMI standards across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate project requirements into executable plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across facilities, IT, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop PMI-based program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and KPIs to meet baselines.
• Report status to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
