Job summary

Creation Technologies in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Engineering 2 to join our electronics manufacturing services team. You will execute intermediate-level engineering tasks to optimize processes for CCAs and box assemblies under Engineering Management.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and up to 7 years in electronics manufacturing, with hands-on skills in documentation, BOM management, NPI/ECO workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and production

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with focus on electronics/manufacturing
Up to 7 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

Engages in setup and readiness of manufacturing processes, including equipment and tooling
Demonstrates understanding of electronics principles and manufacturing services processes
Performs standard engineering projects and tasks, including prototypes, ensuring quality and compliance
Documents manufacturing processes and procedures with accurate records
Maintains and troubleshoots equipment and tooling to minimize downtime
Collaborates with other functions and 3rd party partners to meet production goals
Drives continuous improvement and supports NPI/ECO processes
Provides guidance to interns or junior engineers as needed
