Creation Technologies is seeking an Engineering 1 to support the setup, configuration, and optimization of manufacturing processes for CCAs and box assemblies. You will learn industry standards while performing routine engineering tasks under Engineering Management, gaining hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing.

The role emphasizes documentation, equipment support, and collaboration with quality, IT and suppliers to improve yield, efficiency, and process robustness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic or related) or equivalent.
• New graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of engineering support experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and drawings effectively.
• Understanding of ISO9001/13485 or AS9100 quality standards.
• Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) and how to execute projects.
• Familiarity with Design for Assembly and Test tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Awareness of IPC standards, Lean concepts, Six Sigma, and ergonomics is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and programming is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and ensure process readiness of manufacturing processes, including equipment and tooling.
• Demonstrate foundational electronics principles within manufacturing services.
• Execute standard engineering projects and prototype tasks; perform routine technical work.
• Document manufacturing processes and procedures accurately.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and tooling to minimize downtime.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of products as required.
• Collaborate with engineering, other functions, and 3rd party partners; communicate technical information clearly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process development initiatives.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.
• Provide technical training and support to manufacturing staff and interns if applicable.
• Assist with MFG and PCBA/box-build production processes and documentation.
