Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• New graduates or up to 4 years in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/13485 or AS9100 is a plus.
• Exposure to PCB assembly and box build processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize manufacturing processes with equipment and tooling.
• Document manufacturing processes and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
