Job summary

Creation Technologies in Dallas is seeking an Engineering 2 to execute moderately complex engineering tasks essential to creating, configuring and optimizing CCAs and box assemblies. You’ll work on setup, BOM control, process documentation, and ECOs with Engineering Management support.

This role requires solid electronics manufacturing knowledge, quality standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Up to 7 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (J-standards, 610 Class 2/3) and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Design for Assembly and Test tasks experience.
• Proficient CAD/CAM and MES familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure process readiness of manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Document manufacturing processes and record-keeping per customer specs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime to maintain production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and NPIs/ECOs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance to interns, technicians, and junior engineers.
