• Develop and maintain the Analog & Mixed Signal IC strategy.
• Champion disciplined engineering process application and improvement.
• Lead and support programs and engineering teams to meet milestones.
• Support proposal activities and Basis of Estimate development.
• Hire, train, mentor and supervise front line managers.
