Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Semiconductor Test and Assembly at our ATL near Baltimore, MD, to lead cross-functional teams across wafer, die, and package levels. You will drive technical direction, staffing, and program management while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

You bring 12+ years in semiconductor operations or leadership, a strong background in test/assembly disciplines, and a track record in Lean/Agile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and a minimum of 10 years related experience.
Minimum of 10 years in leadership or functional management roles.
Strong technical background in microelectronics test and assembly engineering disciplines.
Ability to balance cost, schedule, and quality while fostering innovation.
Effective communicator, collaborative leader, and customer-focused.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Defining technical direction and overseeing execution across semiconductor test and assembly engineering.
Managing staffing, employee tasking, performance, development, and succession planning.
Leading project management, budget oversight, capital planning, and program interface activities.
Ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Driving continuous improvement of internal processes and growth strategies.
collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver product per requirements and reduce costs.
