The role requires advanced degrees, DoD program experience, active Secret clearance, SAP eligibility, and a proven track record in analog/mixed-signal design, verification, and IC integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree may offset.
• U.S. Citizenship required; active Secret clearance or ability to obtain SAP.
• Experience leading large DoD or related programs and engineering teams.
• 3+ years of people leadership and engineering functional management.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal circuit design and IC testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analog & Mixed Signal IC section for Baltimore and partner sites.
• Supervise 40–100 staff via managers and senior technical staff.
• Set department vision and drive initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Provide IPT leadership, proposal support, and engineering leadership.
• Staff development, workload forecasting, and talent development.
• Oversee performance reviews, compensation planning, and recognition.
