Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for electronics and cable assembly at our Clearwater, FL onsite facility. You will optimize CCA, module, and cable processes, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, and develop documentation and process standards.

The role demands strong problem-solving skills, experience with process development, and collaboration across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness and sustained performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and manufacturing experience.
Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or process engineering.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly processes.
Experience with process development and production support.
Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing best practices.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize CCA, module, and cable assembly processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain WI, SOPs, Process Flows, and Manufacturing Routings.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
Develop KPIs for quality, yield, throughput, scrap reduction, and efficiency.
Train and mentor personnel on new processes and best practices.
Support equipment maintenance and process qualification.
