Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in Manufacturing/Production with HS diploma
• Experience in electronics assembly environments is mandatory
• Strong Lean manufacturing and project management skills required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and related documentation
• Lead process improvement and cycle reduction initiatives to drive productivity
• Support equipment upgrades and fixture/tooling design and procurement
• Drive root cause analysis for Cell issues and implement corrective actions
• Attend cross-functional quality sessions and track corrective actions
• Lead NTI initiatives and share best practices across locations
