Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in electronics assembly environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and related documentation.
  • Lead cost/benefit analyses for process/equipment changes.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support EHS projects and quality integration with ISO/QC documentation.
  • Lead NTI and share best practices across sites.
