Job summary

ComSonics, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to own assigned accounts and deliver a seamless customer experience from quote through fulfillment. You will prepare accurate proposals, coordinate across teams, resolve issues quickly, and partner with outside sales to grow new accounts.

The role requires an Associate's degree and at least 3 years of electronics sales experience. You will work onsite in Norcross, GA, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for commission on assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related electronics sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts and deliver a seamless customer experience from quote through fulfillment.
• Prepare material quotes and supporting data for customer proposals and RFQs.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal operating teams to resolve order, schedule, and documentation issues.
• Support account performance reporting and assist with cost accounting as needed.
