Job summary

ComSonics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for customers across our Repair Services business.

You will manage accounts, coordinate repair orders, track spending, and prepare business reports while supporting field personnel and driving new opportunities. The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Customer service, account management, inside sales, administrative support, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business systems.
• Ability to learn and effectively navigate ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between customers and ComSonics Repair Services.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding repairs, products, orders, and account questions.
• Proactively solicit repair and product business from existing and prospective customers.
• Process repair service orders and coordinate customer requests.
• Track customer spending limits and manage purchase order requirements.
• Prepare and distribute customer-facing reports, including repair activity, failure analysis, and spending reports.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Support regional field representatives by maintaining customer contacts, coordinating shipments, and providing account information.
