Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a dedicated assembler to perform precision assembly of electronic components on the production line in Chatsworth, CA. The role emphasizes soldering with IPC-A-610 Class 3 compliance and thorough inspection of PCBs using a magnified lens and small hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience soldering to IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-Std-001 recommended.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instructions.
• Identify hardware, wire assemblies and components.
• Perform soldering and rework per IPC/ESD requirements.
• Inspect PCBs for defects before and after assembly.
• Adhere to 6S and Kaizen continuous improvement practices.
