Job summary

NEOTech in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate epoxy dispensing, screen printing, and microelectronic placement equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture high-reliability devices.

You will read assembly instructions, set up equipment, and perform precision handling and rework of delicate components, while adhering to ESD controls and quality procedures. No extensive prior experience is required, but reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience using Windows operating systems including Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working for an ISO9000/AS9100 accredited organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
• Set up and run epoxy dispensing equipment.
• Set up and run pick and place machines.
• Perform written tests for ESD and die attach requirements.
• Follow work instructions and procedures and comply with ESD handling requirements.
