Job summary

NEOTech is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role in Chatsworth, CA. You will operate epoxy dispensing, screen printing, and microelectronic placement equipment within a cleanroom to produce high-reliability devices.

Responsibilities include reading instructions, setting up equipment, performing tests for ESD and die attach, and adhering to 6S/kaizen and safety policies. US citizenship or equivalent is required per ITAR/CUI rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• ISO9000/AS9100 experience is a plus.
• Attention to precision in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate epoxy dispense, screen printing and microelectronic placement equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
• Follow 6S/kaizen and in-house training requirements.
• Adhere to ESD handling and cleanroom procedures.
