Job summary

NEOTech is hiring for a full-time position in Chatsworth, CA. The role involves operating epoxy dispense, screen printing, and microelectronic component placement equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture high-reliability devices.

You will read technical instructions, set up equipment, perform precise component placement, and conduct tests for ESD and die attach requirements. Candidates should be able to handle small parts under magnification and follow strict procedures.

Qualifications

• Visual acuity and fine motor skills to work with precision tooling under a microscope.
• English literacy to read and write at an intermediate level.
• Experience in or exposure to cleanroom environments is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team to meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
• Set up and run epoxy dispensing equipment.
• Set up and run pick and place machines.
• Perform tests for ESD and die attach requirements.
• Handle microelectronics components and epoxy materials with precision.
• Follow work instructions and procedures.
• Adhere to 6S and kaizen objectives.
