Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of operations and Credit Union philosophy.
• Experience working in an ACH origination/electronic payments environment.
• Ability to review all incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support member service operations through electronic processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing wire requests and ACH exceptions.
• Assist less experienced staff in resolving transactions.
