Job summary

University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union seeks an Electronic Services Specialist to support back-office operations for electronic services (ACH, debit/credit cards, bill payment, remote deposit).

You will handle card processing, travel notifications, account maintenance and audits, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years clerical/financial institution/operations and customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and financial institution software.

Responsibilities

• Performs ACH processing, including exceptions and stop payments.
• Handles processing for debit/credit card programs, including disputes.
• Processes credit card payments.
• Inputs travel notifications for debit and credit cards.
• Monitors overdrawn accounts.
• Performs account maintenance on active and closed accounts.
• Responds to bill payment inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
