BlueWater Architectural Products is a material supplier and installer in the commercial construction industry, with projects across the southeast. We are hiring Electronic Security Technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Install and program electronic access control systems, including card readers, biometrics, power supplies, controllers, enclosures, relays, switches, and electronic locks.
• Install and program electronic access control server & software, including pulling and terminating low voltage wire & cable.
• Install and program network video and CCTV camera systems, including mounting cameras and installing network video servers and software with video analytics.
• Train end users on system operation.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as a low voltage security installer.

Physical and other requirements:

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Work overtime and out of town, staying in hotels as necessary.
• Understand plumbing, level, and square; read a tape measure and use measurement tools.
• Efficiently use common shop tools and basic math skills.
